Jungian Psychotherapy

Jungian psychotherapy is a deep form of psychotherapy that explores the unconscious, symbols, and archetypes to promote individuation and the inner wholeness of the individual. It is based on the concepts of Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology and includes working with dreams, active imagination, and mythology. The therapeutic relationship is also a key element of this process.

The goal of psychotherapy is to help the client gain a better understanding of themselves.

The work usually begins because of a recurring symptom (insomnia, depression, fears, relationship problems, feelings of emptiness). The psychotherapeutic part is aimed at symptom relief and lasts for a shorter period. Psychotherapy is offered in Slovenian, Italian, and English.

A combination of in-person and online sessions is possible. Regular attendance of scheduled sessions, which are set in advance and only changed in exceptional cases, is important for success. The cancellation deadline is 48 hours before the session.
